Beyond Lavender now available in La Victoire!

Ah, the sweet fragrance of lavender. It's said to be soothing, you know! Helps you sleep. Not that I need any help, since I get my usual sixteen hours of naptime a day without much difficulty. But Cygnus has a little trouble occasionally -- too busy worrying about "our decaying galaxy" or something like that to be able to catch some proper shuteye -- and so sometimes I sneak a little lavender-scented plugin into his room, just to help. He never complains about it, I'll tell you that much! And, you know, I wanna send those lovely, soothing vibes to you Gaians as well. So I took a fabulous item and colored it a sweet shade of purple! Beyond Lavender is beyond cute! So comfy and cozy. Makes me wanna curl up in a ball right on top of it and start snoozin'! I've already talked about the fact that I'm not super into horror flicks, but Cygnus just can't seem to get enough of 'em. Just the other day he was watching this super creepy movie where this evil doll comes to life and starts, y'know, doing the normal evil doll stuff. Causing chaos, making faces, brandishing knives -- just being an overall menace. I couldn't sit through it 'cause I was too creeped out, but it did remind me a little of Gaia's own wicked little toy: Lucie! So I got to some coloring and... Voila! A gorgeous (and slightly creepy) new Lucie has arrived!

Do Gaians dream of electric sheep? I don't know! Maybe! I mean, it seems like a kind of strange thing to see in your sleep. But dreams are weird like that! You never know what's going to pop up. I mean, just the other day I was dreaming that I was scratching the largest, softest sofa I had ever laid paws upon, and I didn't realize until after all the yelling woke me up that I was accidentally clawing Cygnus' face. On an unrelated note, he's refused to speak to me for the past three days. But that's the power of the dreamworld, guys! Anything is possible. Man, even just talking about it is making me kind of sleepy. I'm probably gonna lay down soon, since I've only napped for about ten hours today. I wonder what I'll dream about? Hello, everyone! I just wanted to offer up some quick little clarifications about Project Couture for any Gaians who might have been confused. Ahem! Project Coutures can still be opened after March 8th. That means if you open one and win a Golden Ticket even after that date, it's still valid! The item leaves La Victoire March 8th, 11:59 PM EST. More than one person can win a Golden Ticket! In fact, we've already had several amazing winners! There are still tickets out there available to be won, so never fear. I hope this helped clear up any confusion you might have had at about this amazing opportunity, and good luck to everyone out there looking for their own Golden Ticket!

Paws - A New Forum!

Hello Friends!

So glad to see everyone all happy and, dare I say, animaltastic! I cannot even begin to tell you how excited *I* am about all the new talking animals hanging around the forums. Cats, bears and wolves - it's so refreshing! Now I have lots of new animal friends to converse with. I'm still learning how to speak wolf and bear fluently, but I'll master those languages soon enough.

Anyway, I thought it would be super fun to have our own private little animal forum where we talking animals can hang out, chat, and just be ourselves. I've also included a little bonus treat for those talking animal friends who stop by! Check out the Paws Forum to meet other like-minded talking animals! Meow!

Friday, Friday, Friday! The most glorious day of the week! It's true, I read it in a magazine. That's right: I do read things besides scientific journals, you know. In fact, I'm thinking of boycotting several science-based publications. Why? They refuse to accept any of my articles! What, they don't think research on the viscosity of syrup and its effects on the topography of waffles is important? I assure you, in today's breakfast-driven culture, that my research has never been more pertinent or relevant. Ah, but I digress. As much as I enjoy experimenting with the best meal of the day, my true love will always be Evolving Items. And we have such a magnificent report to give today! Hardhearted has revealed more gorgeous new items, and Adamant Vault experiences a stunning final evolution!

Okay, so you guys know how that gal Vanessa accidentally created all those super cool -- but admittedly possibly mutated -- wigs? Well, I went ahead and visited her shop out of curiosity, and also because my pretty fur was in need of a little trim, when I found it she still had more wigs that she'd acquired from Dr. Singh's labs! You know I had to see this stuff in action, guys. So I asked her to trim a few more, and sure enough the clippings all melded together and voila: new gorgeous hairstyles abound! It's both freaky and fabulous at the same time, I think. I mean, look at all the fancy new hairstyles we've got!

Y'know, they say hubris is the folly of man. Or at least, I think that's what they say. Who is "they" anyway? Look, the point is I said it, and that should make it an important enough quote, okay? But look, having pride in your appearance isn't a bad thing! Particularly when you look as good as I do. Now, I know it's hard to deal with the fact that you will never sparkle and shine the way my lustrous fur does, but that doesn't mean you can't become a very close second to my fabulousness! Take this gorgeous new recolor, for example. It's amazing enough to make anyone instantly stylish!

Because if there's one thing I learned from that picture book of Greek mythology that I read the other day, it's that being overly proud of yourself never ever leads to any consequences whatsoever! New animal items in Buttercup Cafe!

Oh. My. God. Please tell me everyone else sees the adorable little animals walking around and that I'm not going crazy. It's almost too cute to stand! I'm pretty sure I had a dream exactly like this, where there were fuzzy little friends EVERYWHERE, and we would have tea parties and lots of cake and cookies and I got to dress them all up in little outfits and ohmigosh ohmigosh ohmigosh. I've never been so excited in my life! Of course, I wanted to make sure all of our furry new Gaians feel welcome in my shop, so I've been baking up a storm! Sure, I had to order some really itty-bitty spatulas and muffin pans, but I've made a ton of food perfectly sized to fit into tiny animal paws! Oh, and I also picked special little flowers and I've made some fun new accessories for animals as well! Look, some critters are already enjoying all of my yummy treats and fun accessories!
