Help prep for the matsuri in Summer Summoning for a prize!

It's nearly time, Gaians! Our amazing summer matsuri begins super duper soon, which is incredible exciting news! Except apparently there is still a lot of prep work needed for the festival, like setting up stalls, making all sorts of yummy food... And of course, hanging up lanterns! Now, unfortunately my adorable, tiny size precludes me from being all that useful when it comes to hanging things up high, so I'm not all that handy in that regard. But that's okay! You know what I am good at? Getting people to do my work for me! I mean, just look at Cygnus. Anyway, I'm here to recruit you, Gaians! We need your help preparing for the matsuri. But don't worry! We're not gonna have you do our chores and then walk away empty handed:
